Glow & Re-Fine Illuminating Toner
Brighten & Re-Fine is a radiance enhancing toner that elevates hydration levels while targeting areas which lack uniformity. Azelaic Acid offers anti-bacterial and comedolytic benefits while Licorice Root Extract has soothing, regenerative and anti-oxidant properties. Kojic Acid and Daisy Blossom Extract address dark spots and uneven skin tone. This toner is formulated with a potent cocktail of tyrosinase combating actives, to deliver whitening benefits to the skin and mild fruit acids that help to address dull looking skin while refining pores for a velvety-smooth appearance. Skin Type: dull skin, hyperpigmented skin, all skin types
To Use: After cleansing, apply toner with a cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, or hard water. Allow 2-3 minutes for residual toner to absorb. Follow with appropriate protective treatment for skin type. Avoid contact with eyes.
