Balance & Defend Antioxidant Toner Directions

To Use: After cleansing, apply toner with a cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup, or hard water. Allow 2-3 minutes for residual toner to absorb. Follow with appropriate protective treatment for skin type.  Avoid contact with eyes.
